Thomas P. O’meara

Age 40 of Minneapolis, born June 19, 1983 in Minneapolis to Thomas & Katherine O’meara, passed away on December 28, 2023 surrounded by his loving family.

Tom was a 2001 graduate of Minneapolis Roosevelt High School. He went on to achieve his associate degree in criminal justice from MCTC. He then worked for ten years as a Transportation Security Officer for TSA at the MSP Airport. Tom also enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his nephew, Clinton.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his brother, Tim (fiancée, Anne); nephew, Clinton and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, Jan. 13, 2024 with a visitation one hour before the service at Trinity First Lutheran Church, 1115 E 19th St. in Minneapolis. Tom will be laid to rest with his parents at Lakewood Cemetery in Minneapolis following the service.
