Nancy M. Biskupski

Nancy M. Biskupski, a loving wife, mom, grandma, great grandma, and sister, died peacefully at Regina Medical Center on Tuesday morning, April 9, 2024, at the age 82.

Nancy Marie, was born on April 26, 1941, in Faribault. On July 15, 1963, she was united in marriage to William "Bill" Biskupski III, and they were blessed with fifty-nine years of marriage prior to his passing on July 23, 2022. For nearly twenty years, Nancy was the owner of Nancy's Cafe in Hastings for where she cherished the many friendships she made. She loved to fish, especially with her cane pole, and also enjoyed bowling, playing cards, watching her daily soaps, keeping up with the world on Facebook, cooking for family and friends, and every once in a while trying her luck at gambling. Most of all, Nancy cherished the time spent with family, especially watching her grandchildren's sporting events over the years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill; and by her son-in-law, Joe Janssen.

Nancy is survived by her children, Kim Janssen, Thomas (Kathy), Micheal (Cara), and Tony (Allison); grandchildren, Cory (Carolyn), Craig, Kayla (Dan), Michael (Liz), Billy, Jenna, Ben, Skyler, Asher, Savannah; great-grandchildren, Anna, Addison, Brooklynn, Kailen, and Emelia; siblings, Robert (Rita) Fuller, Edna (Dave) Darling, and Sharon Nelson; and by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A Celebration of Nancy's Life will be held from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, April 14, 2024, at Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel of Hastings. Private family interment will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Cemetery in Hastings.
