Mary Ann Glenn, age 74 of Rosemount, died peacefully at Regina Senior Living on Thursday afternoon, May 9, 2024.
Mary Ann, the daughter of Joseph and Bertha (Hoffman) Huss, was born on February 2, 1950, in Red Wing. Mary Ann grew up in New Trier and graduated from Hastings High School with the class of 1968. Following her education, Mary Ann worked at Cuneo & Associated in Burnsville as a Media Buyer, and later at HealthPartners Dental Clinic in Inver Grove Heights as a Receptionist where she retired in July of 2018. Mary Ann loved crafts, especially making greeting cards as well as crocheting countless afghans, table runners, and trivets for family and friends. She was a diehard Yankee fan, and rarely missed a Wild game. Mary Ann also never missed the chance for a good margarita or glass of wine with friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and by her brother, Joseph "Joe" Huss; and by her former husband, Greg Glenn.
Mary Ann is survived by her sons, Jonathan (fiancé, Katie Bruers) Glenn and Nick Glenn; sister-in-law, Betty Huss; and by many step siblings, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 4:00 p.m. Thursday, May 16, 2024, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in New Trier, with Father Michael Tix officiating. Interment will be follow at the parish cemetery.
Family and friends are cordially invited to a visitation from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday evening, and for one hour prior to the service all at St. Mary's Catholic Church in New Trier.
Arrangements are being completed by Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel of Hastings.
