Age 54 of Northfield, passed away on April 23, 2024. Preceded in death by her dad, Roger; and her grandparents. Survived by her son, Randy (Carissa); grandchildren, Feona, Raia, and Quinn; mom and stepdad, Margie and Roger McGuire; stepsiblings, Brenda, Roger, Robin, and Tracey; close friend, Scooter Hoffbeck; other relatives, and friends. Kris loved spending time with her family and creating priceless memories. She enjoyed going on “dork” trips and experiencing new places. She worked at Dart Transportation for many years and made multiple lifelong friends. Kris loved to garden and to cook, to craft and create. She enjoyed watching movies, trying new restaurants, and going to seasonal events with her loved ones. She delighted in hosting family dinners and seeing her grandchildren. Kris cherished her time with her family and friends, and she will be dearly missed by all of them. Memorial service at 11am on Friday, May 10, 2024, at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Ave., Apple Valley, with visitation one hour prior. Inurnment at Emmanuel Presbyterian Cemetery in Rushmore, MN, at a later date.
