Kelly Lorentz, 58, of Hastings, passed away unexpectedly at home on September 12, 2022.
Kathleen Elizabeth was born in Antigo, WI to John and Melanie (Kasson) Kebble on December 7, 1963. Her family later settled in Hastings where Kelly graduated from Hastings High School.
On Sept 2, 1990, she married Kevin Lorentz in the Virgin Islands and together they raised their son, Kyle.
Kelly worked as a secretary for several businesses in the area and enjoyed driving school bus later in her career. The kids she met over the years, truly brought her great joy and happiness.
She enjoyed horseback riding, white water rafting, vacationing in the Florida Keys, watching countless hours of westerns, cooking for her family and fishing up north. Kelly loved her family and very much enjoyed everyday conversations with her son, and spending time with Ruby, her dog. Kelly was very compassionate and empathetic. The love and warmth she shared with others was special and her conversations will be greatly missed.
