Kathryn "Katy" N. Ditmarsen

Kathryn Noelle Ditmarsen, aged 58, passed away on December 10, 2023, in Hastings, MN. Born on December 20, 1964, Katy was known for her quiet and reserved demeanor.

Katy's family was central to her life. She is survived by her mother, Rosemary Miller, and sisters, Nicole Gibas (Steve) and Mercedes Schoknecht (Michael). She was a proud stepmother to Zachary Ditmarsen, and aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Katy was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 28 years, Lee Ditmarsen, her father, Raymond Miller, and her brother, Richard Miller.

Throughout her life, Katy had a passion for travel, often visiting Europe and tropical locations where she indulged in diving and snorkeling. Her love for nature photography and stargazing were evident, as she spent many nights exploring the skies through her telescope and many days appreciating nature though a camera lens. As an athletic individual, she also loved golfing and completed in the Grandma's Marathon in Duluth, MN.

A beautiful life has come to an end,
