Kathleen E. Denn, age 82 of Hastings, passed away peacefully on October 26, 2024, in St. Paul.
Our loving mother, grandma, great-grandma and friend Kathy shared her life with all of us, always putting a smile on our faces with her kindness.
Kathy really enjoyed playing cards, Monopoly and putting together puzzles. Her passions were her animals, planting flowers and trees, gardening, outdoor adventures, shopping for antiques and finding a good deal.
She is preceded in death by her sons, Thomas Denn, Jr., Kirk Denn, Jason Denn; parents, Frank and Dorothy (Zien) Meier; brother, Richard Meier; twin sister, Marleen Lysdale; and sister, Jean Huppert.
Kathy is survived by her children, Terry Denn, Lori Denn (Tom), Julie Sanders, Lisa (Martin) Watters, Cindy Atkins; 16 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; siblings, Judy Swanson, Jerry Meier; many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, December 13, 2024, from 5-7 p.m. at Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel in Hastings.
