John W. Dachel, 66, of Hastings, passed away on January 3, 2024.
A 1975 graduate of Hastings High School, he dedicated many years to Smead and was an active member of the Eagles Club. John enjoyed playing Euchre with friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Nancy Dachel and Alice Dachel.
John is survived by his siblings, Ben (Mary) Dachel, Peggy Dachel (David Laursen), Tony (Linda) Dachel, and Rosę Dachel, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Private family services will be held to honor John's life.
