Jeffrey A. Schneider

Jeffrey Alan Schneider, age 52, passed away at home on October 14, 2022 following a lengthy illness.

Jeff was born on March 7, 1970 in Hastings, MN and graduated from Hastings High School in 1988.

Jeff enjoyed playing softball, listening to music, playing video games and driving sporty vehicles.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Catherine (Schlundt) Schneider; grandparents, Hubert, Agnes and Margaret Schneider; Clarence and Ann Schlundt

Jeff is survived by father, Gregory Schneider; brother, Brian (Patti) Schneider; nieces, Olivia and Ellie Schneider; sister, Julie Murtaugh, niece, Macey Murtaugh; nephew, Mitchell Murtaugh and brother, Ben Schneider

A special thank you to everyone at Eriksmoen Cottages for providing wonderful care for Jeff over the years.

A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, October 21, 2022 from 2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. at the Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel, 3075 Vermillion St. in Hastings.

The family suggests memorials be sent to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
