Holly E. Ottenstroer,
Age 38 of Rogers, and recently of Becker, born August 25, 1986 in Rochester, MN, passed away unexpectedly at home on November 30, 2024.
Holly will be dearly missed by her son, Logan Jesok; parents, Denny and Patty Ottenstroer; sister, Mandee (Paul) Kanikula; nieces, Olivia and Lola; friend, Adam and other family and friends.
Holly graduated from Burnsville High School in 2005 and went on to receive an associate’s degree in liberal arts from Inver Hills Community College. She loved spending time cooking elaborate meals and reading when she wasn’t skydiving or jet skiing. Holly truly had a big heart and was a lover of animals, raising cats, dogs and even squirrels. As a small businesswoman, she had her own small business making and selling cheesecakes and Kanes beef jerky. Most of all Holly loved spending time with her son, Logan and the rest of her family going to the Round Lake cabin and enjoying many other fun times.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm, Tuesday, December 17, 2024 with a visitation one hour before at Christus Victor Lutheran Church, 7510 Palomino Dr. in Apple Valley. Holly will be laid to rest at Acacia Park Cemetery in Mendota Heights on Wednesday.
