Frances M. Aho-Mcginnis

Frances Aho-McGinnis passed away peacefully July 16,2023 after suffering a stroke at the age of 89.

She is survived by her sons, Wade Aho (Kim) and Darin Aho; grandchildren, Claire, Jordan and Nicollette. Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Russell & Delia; brother, Russell Jr. and sister, Deloris; and husbands, Clarence and Don.

Fran was a forever secretary serving at Superior Central Senior High School (WI), Fridley Senior High School and later for her Prescott (WI) housing association. She loved her faith community and helped with the hospitality desk at Hastings Methodist Church. She was the most caring spouse, mother and grandmother always putting others first. She is dearly loved and always will be.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 4 at 11:00 AM at Resurrection United Methodist Church, 615 15th St. W. in Hastings. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at church. A graveside service will be held at Greenwood Cemetery (WI) at a later date for family only.

Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers.
