Eunice Schiller

Eunice M. Schiller, 83, of Hampton / New Trier passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on July 3, 2023.

She was born August 14, 1939 to Willis and Alma (Fjeld) Chapman in Moylan Township, grew up and attended school in Thief River Falls and graduated from Thief River Falls High School. Eunice attended beauty school in the cities after graduation.

On November 23,1967 She married Marvin J. Schiller in St. Paul at St. Matthews Catholic Church.

Eunice enjoyed playing cards as often as possible, crocheting, events at Hastings Senior Health & Living and being with her friends. She was a sweet and loving grandma and mom. She liked attending fish fry's and traveling across the country with family and friends.

She is survived by her sons Chuck (Angie) Schiller and Brad (Missy) Schiller; 5 grandsons Sam, Brady, Nathan, Josef, Oliver; sister, Loraine Northagen and brother, Richard Chapman.

Eunice was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marvin; siblings, Alvin and Karen Chapman, brother-in-law, Olaf Northagen.

Visitation will be 3:00 pm- 6:00 pm Sunday, July 9th at the Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel in Hastings. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 am Monday, July 10 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in New Trier, with visitation one hour prior. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel of Hastings is assisting the family.
