Dorothy Ingeborg Vetsch

age 95 of Burnsville, born March 27, 1927 in Minneapolis to Bert & Ingeborg Nyberg, passed peacefully Oct. 26, 2022. She is preceded in death by her husband, Norman; son, Paul; brother, Vern Nyberg and sisters, Jeanette Bergeland and June Kissell. Dorothy is survived by daughter, Pamela (Dana) Fry; grandson, Louis (Krissy) Horton; granddaughter, Sarah Horton; great grandchildren: Simon, Zoe and Brielle Horton; sister, Annie Westlund and many nieces and nephews. Dorothy was a member of the Shriners Women’s Auxiliary, Svenskarnas Dag Midsomer Queen Committee and retired as an executive administrative secretary from Sears and Roebuck. Funeral service, 10:30 AM, Friday, Nov. 4, 2022 with visitation one hour prior at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Ave., Apple Valley. She will be laid to rest with her husband, Norman at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ft Snelling Memorial Chapel Foundation.
