Age 85 of Farmington (formerly of Savage), passed away on Sept. 3, 2023. Preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lou; parents; and brothers, Roland, Bobby, and Eddie. Survived by his daughter, Darcy (Chris) States-Koenig; grandchildren, Dillon States, Dalton States, and Alisha Koenig; great-granddaughter, Karaya; brother, Gary; sister, Nancy (Dennis) Tornio; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Donovan was a proud Army veteran. He worked for General Mills for 30+ years until he retired to take care of his grandkids. Visitation from 4-7pm on Fri., Sept. 8, 2023, at St. James Lutheran Church, 3650 Williams Dr., Burnsville. Funeral at 11am on Sat., Sept. 9, 2023, also at St. James Lutheran Church, with visitation one hour prior. Interment at Pleasant View Memorial Gardens.
