Dolores E. Kochendorfer

Dolores "Dee" E. Kochendorfer, age 95 of Hastings, passed away peacefully at Hastings Health & Senior Living on Tuesday, January 2 2024.

Dolores married the love of her life, Pudge, on June 4, 1949 in California and together they were blessed with 3 children. Dee enjoyed all the celebrations with her kids, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed playing cards with her card club girls. She liked eating out with the neighbors and having her Keystone beer everyday at 4:30 p.m. She enjoyed going to Arizona every winter. She liked to shop and always made sure she had clothes and accessories to match. She liked her scratch off lottery tickets but she wasn't happy if she didn't win.

She is preceded by her husband, Stan (Pudge); and both of her parents.

Dolores is survived by her children, Terry (Janet), Cindy (Gordy) Bauer, Rick (Nancy); 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and sister, Virginia Gardell.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 15, 2024, at Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel of Hastings, with Father Michael Tix officiating. Interment will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Cemetery in Hastings.

Family and friends are cordially invited to a visitation from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m., and to a reception following the graveside prayers, all at the funeral home on Monday, January 15, 2024.
