David A. Schlichting, age 66, of Hager City, WI, passed away at home January 9, 2023.
He was born in Red Wing on January 31, 1956 to Elmer and Dorothy (Johnson) Schlichting.
David is preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Dorothy (Johnson) Schlichting; sister, Elizabeth (Schlichting) Nelson; and brother in law, Gary Lukowicz.
He is survived by his children, Brianna Coonrod and Jacob (Jill) Coonrod; grandchildren, Lydia, Emily, Donnie, Mallie, Hank, and Thomas; sister, Elayne (Schlichting) Lukowicz; brother in law, George Nelson; and many other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, January 13, 2023 from 4:00 - 6:00 PM at Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel, 3075 Vermillion St. in Hastings.
