Candice C. Wolfe

Candice C. Wolfe, aged 50, of Rosemount, MN, passed away peacefully on November 26, 2024, at Our Lady of Peace Hospice in Saint Paul, MN, surrounded by her loving family after a brave fight against cancer.

Born on December 20, 1973, in Hastings, MN, to James and Mari Smith, Candice grew up in Hampton and was a proud graduate of Hastings High School, Class of 1992. She Married Adam Wolfe and had two children, Alex and Brianna.

Candice had an immense love for her family, always striving to be the best mother she could be. Her devotion was evident in every aspect of her life, always placing the well-being of her children first. She also loved her dog Jasper very much.

She leaves behind her husband of 22 years, Adam Wolfe; her children, Alex and Brianna Wolfe; siblings, Dawn (Paul) Neisius, Adam (Michelle) Smith, and Angie Smith. She will also be deeply missed by her nieces and nephews: Cole (Micah) Neisius, Colin (Trinity) Neisius, Caden (Jamie) Neisius, Jordan Smith, Samantha Smith, and Justice Doubrava; along with a host of other relatives and friends.

Candice was preceded in death by her grandparents, her parents James and Mari Smith, and her brother Patrick Smith.

The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff at Our Lady of Peace Hospice for their compassionate care and support during Candice's final days.

A Memorial Service for Candice will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, December 16, 2024 at Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel in Hastings.

Family and friends are cordially invited to a visitation following the service from 3:00-5:00 pm at the funeral home.
