Bruce J. Langeslay

Bruce J. Langeslay, age 80, of Hastings, passed away from cancer and COPD on July 28, 2022. He was born in St. Paul on January 18, 1942 to Bertram and Ruby (Bahe) Langeslay. Bruce served in the US Army from 1959 - 1965 in West Germany in helicopter operations. He owned Friar Tucks in Hastings for over 20 years. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Frederic (Kathy), Dave (Bonnie), Tom, and Roger; brother in law, Donald McGinn; nephew, Corey Johnson; and niece, Mandy McGinn. Bruce is survived by his sister, Michele "Kelly" McGinn; sister in law, Judy Langeslay; nieces and nephews, Lisa (Bob) Glenn, Barb (Jim) Fudali, Tim (Lina) Langeslay, Stephanie Johnson, Gretchen (Joe) Mazurczak, Patrick (Lillian) Langeslay, Colin (Vicky) Langeslay, Corey (Sheila) Langeslay, Nicholas (Christine) McGinn, Jason (Becky) McGinn; 12 great nieces and nephews, and 1 great great niece. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at 10:30 AM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2035 15th St. W. in Hastings. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the mass at church. Interment, Lakeside Cemetery in Hastings. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to American Cancer Society, St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Disabled American Veterans.
