Barbara Ann Trone

Barbara Ann Trone (Zerfahs), resident of Hastings, MN, passed away peacefully in her sleep on July 14, 2024 at the age of 78, transitioning from this life to the next with serenity and grace.

Barb is survived by her daughters, Susanne and Jeanne Trone; her granddaughters, Juliana and Jacinda Ruiz; and her sister, Katherine Zerfahs. She is preceeded on death by her brother, Karl Zerfahs Jr; and her parents, Erna and Karl Zerfahs Sr.

Barb was born in St Paul, MN, on August 17, 1945. She attended Catholic school at Our Lady of Peace in St Paul and went on to attend Globe College. She lived her life as a devoted catholic. Barb loved the holidays, especially Christmas with the family and celebrating birthdays. She found joy and fulfillment in baking, cooking, gardening and hosting. She was family oriented and always appreciated the time she spent with her loved ones, but most of all, she cherished the time she spent with her granddaughters.

She will be missed greatly and will be forever be in our hearts.

Funeral services will be held The Recovery Church: Central Park United Methodist 253 State St, St Paul, MN 55107 on August 10,2024 at 11 am.
